Our printing services primarily include mail-merging information into a letter from a detailed data list onto our client's letterhead. The letter may contain pictures, logos, your signature, the current date and any other information that is needed to explain and sell the services offered by your company.

First Class postage stamps are recommended on the first of multiple mailings to each name and address on your list. The Post Office will return the undeliverable mail to you when using first class postage stamps but will not return the undeliverable mail to you when using standard class postage stamps. It is important to use first class postage stamps on the first mailing so that the undeliverable addresses can be returned to you and deleted from your mailing list. To save time and money we do not re-mail to the same undeliverable addresses a second time. We have a simple system that we use to record the undeliverable mail so that you are not spending valuable time deleting names and addresses from your database.
Multiple mailings are recommended to fully optimize your list and increase your response rate. After the first mailing, you can save money by using the standard class postage for follow-up mailings.
